GRAB AND RUN THEFT – FREDERICK, MD

On 2/17/23, at approximately 3:35 p.m., two unidentified males approached a jewelry store’s counter and asked to see multiple items. After showing several pieces, the jewelry associate turned away from the individuals to put an item back in a case. When she turned back, the subjects fled the area exiting the mall via another business.Â

Subject #1’s Description: Male, Hispanic, in his 20’s, with a medium build.  He had a ski mask just covering his mouth. He had a black shirt underneath and a beanie over his ski mask. he had rectangle-like glasses that were thin. Both of his hands were covered in tattoos.

Subject #2’s Description: Male, Hispanic, in his 20’s, small build. He was last seen wearing all white. He had no glasses on at the time, his teeth were described as “a little messed up”, his hair was messy and he was much thinner than subject 1.
