Buford, GA– On October 05, 2026, a jeweler was the victim of a grab and run theft. A lone male entered the store and initially viewed gold chains and bracelets. Shortly thereafter, he observed a Rolex watch and began inquiring about the item. The suspect requested to try on the Rolex, and an employee removed the watch from the showcase. Once the watch was secured, the suspect immediately fled the store with the merchandise. Law enforcement was notified, and a police report was filed. No injuries were reported. NOTER: Suspect appears to be same suspect in a theft in Kennesaqw, GA and Durham, NC.
