SMASH AND GRAB – ORLANDO, FL

On 3/14/23, at approximately 4:25 p.m. two male subjects approached a jewelry kiosk in a mall. One of the subjects pulled out a hammer and started to smash the gold showcase. A team member yelled at the subject to stop, and the subject “giggled”. The smashing produced a small hole in the case and the subject reached in and grabbed seven chains. After reaching in, the subject noticed his arm and hand were bleeding and the two fled.

Subject Descriptions: Hispanic male, 5’6, thin, appeared and sounded very young – 16 to 18 years old, wearing a white hoodie, jeans, sneakers and a ski mask. Hands were uncovered.

Hispanic male, 5’8, thin, 16 to 18 years old, wearing a black hoodie, jeans, sneakers and a ski mask. Hands were uncovered.
