On 12/11/23, at 4:20 p.m. a subject went into a jewelry store, then went to the display case containing high-end watches. He asked the team member if the store took debit and credit cards. He said that he was interested in a particular watch, but wanted to know how it looked with the bracelet that he was wearing. He asked if he could try it on to check. Once he had it on his wrist, he fled the location.
