The white male suspect pictured above entered a retail jewelry store and asked to see a gold bracelet, and then asked to see the matching chain.
A sales associate showed him a 24-inch chain, and the suspect then asked to see a 30-inch chain. The sales associate asked for the 24-inch chain back before giving him the new one.
The suspect aggressively denied having the chain. When the store manager came over and was informed that the suspect had the chain and would not return it, the suspect grabbed his bag and left.
The suspect is described as between 40-50-years-old, with a grey mustache, wearing an old green jacket, a green back pack, and a knitted Steelers hat.
