On 5/19/17, at approximately 11:35 a.m., a male suspect requested to look at gold chains. After discussing payment options, the suspect inquired about a railroad necklace. As he attempted to clasp the necklace, he fled from the store. He was last seen entering a cab after leaving the mall. The suspect is white and has blondish-brown hair. He has a scruffy beard and is thin. He also has a dirty face and nails. He has bad teeth and bad breath. He was last seen wearing a light blue shirt and khaki shorts.
