GRAB AND RUN – CARSON, CA

On 5/23/17, at approximately 6:40 p.m., a suspect stated he had a gold plated curb link chain. He said the plating was chipping away and he wanted to replace the chain with a “real one.” The sales associate used a presentation pad to present a link chain along with a second chain the suspect requested to see. As the sales associate conducted her presentation, the suspect picked up a chain from the pad and quickly exited the store. The suspect was described as a 30-year-old Black male. He is 6’0” tall and weighs 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing a gray Polo shirt with a red emblem. He also wore grayish/black acid washed jeans.
