SNEAK THEFT – BEACHWOOD, OH

On 7/14/17, at approximately 8:15 p.m., a suspect stated he wanted to buy his daughter a ring. The suspect was shown several rings from the case. During the presentation, the suspect was handed a princess cut ring. He then asked to view a second ring. The sales associate removed that ring as well. At that point, the sales associate went to the backroom to clean the ring. Once the sales associate returned the suspect had left the store with the merchandise that was left in his possession. The suspect was described as a 5’10” Black male. He has a thin build, a faint mustache and light facial hair. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a blue shirt and a baseball cap with glasses.
