SMASH AND GRAB – PORTAGE, MI

On 10/25/17, at approximately 8:23 p.m., four suspects took part in a robbery. One of the suspects held open the door while the three other suspects went directly towards the showcases in the back of the store. Two of the three men had hammers. They then began smashing the showcases, while the third suspect, pulled out a bag and placed a tray of diamonds inside. The suspects then fled. The first three suspects are described as Black males. The first suspect wore gray sweatpants, gray Nike shoes and a black hoodie. The second suspect is 5’9’ thin and had an average build. The third suspect has cornrows in his hair. He is 6’0” and has an average to heavy build. He wore all black. The fourth suspect is possibly a female with a small build.
