On 2/2/18, at approximately 12:40 p.m., a subject approached a kiosk and asked to see chains. The sales associate removed the first chain and showed it to the subject. The subject then asked to see a second chain. The associate retrieved the first chain, and began to remove the second chain. While that occurred, the subject grabbed both chains from her and fled from the store. The subject was described as a Black male in his early 20’s. He has a slender build and is approximately 5’10” tall. He was last seen wearing a short sleeve shirt, black slacks and black shoes. He has short black hair and appears to be balding.
