On 3/17/18, at approximately 6:10 p.m., a couple entered into a jewelry store and requested to see wedding bands. During the presentation, the male also asked to see diamond earrings. As the male subject distracted the sales associate, the female subject reached into a display case and removed several items. The subjects were in the store for a total of 10 minutes. The male subject was described as Russian or Ukranian and in his mid 20’s. He is 5’8” tall and weighs 160 pounds. The female is 160 pounds and is 5’3”.
