On 4/20/18, at approximately 7:45 p.m., a subject asked to see a solitaire ring. The subject then inquired about putting the item on layaway. The sales associate then took the subject to the register to begin processing the transaction. The merchandise was on a counter pad. The subject then stated she needed to “go get her grandkids.” She then exited the store. After checking the counter pad, the sales associate realized the ring was gone. The subject was described as a 60-year-old Black female. She is 5’5” and weighs 190 lbs. She has short grey hair and walked with a cane. She was last seen wearing a Dallas Cowboys Jersey.
