Video: International Diamond Thief Arrested

Miami, FL – On June 24, 2018, 67-year-old Tamaz Hubel was arrested for his connection to a theft of a $158,000 ring from a Chicago jeweler on June 9, 2018

Hubel was arrested while trying to board a plane to France from Miami International Airport in Florida.
