On 12/3/18, at approximately 5:20 p.m., a subject entered a jewelry store and inquired about women’s bracelets. He was presented with a diamond bracelet. He then stated he wanted to look at men’s watches. The sales associate showed him a men’s black dial watch. The subject asked to try on two watches together to see how they looked. Once he had both watches on his wrist, he fled from the store. The subject was described as a 20-year-old Black male. He is 5’4” and weighs 130 lbs. He has an infinity tattoo on his right wrist.
