On 4/24/19, at approximately 5:45 p.m., a subject entered a jewelry store for his second visit that day. He looked at several items. He then took a phone call and left the store. After returning to the store, the subject tried to put a gold chain on his neck, but he could not latch it around his neck. He then fled from the store and mall and went into a black vehicle. The subject was described as a 5’8” Hispanic male. He is 140 pounds and has short dark hair. He also has patchy facial hair.
