On 7/11/19, at approximately 8:40 p.m., a subject visited a jewelry store and informed associates that he was shopping for a 5-year anniversary gift for his wife. The subject was not wearing a wedding ring. The sales associate presented the subject with one watch at a time but did not allow the subject to hold them. As a third watch was being held by the store’s manager, the subject grabbed it from his hand and fled from the store. The subject was described as a 5’9” Black male. He weighs 150 pounds and is in his late 20’s. He has a light mustache and stated his name was Jason.
