GRAB AND RUN – FARMINGTON, CT

On 7/12/19, at approximately 4:00 p.m., a subject visited a retail jewelry store and asked to see a pair of earrings. Once the items were in his hand, he fled from the store. He was described as a Black male in his late 20’s. He is 5’9” and was last seen with a beard. He also wore a backward baseball cap with a white tank top. He had unknown tattoos on both arms.
