On 8/27/19, 22-year-old Phelan Parker was taken into custody. Parker allegedly committed a smash and grab robbery of a jewelry store in Modesto, CA on 8/25/19. Parker, along with his accomplices, Kyrin McKenzie, 23, and 28-year-old Wilfredo Robles Jr. are suspected of carrying out the brazen crime, which initially was reported as shots fired. The subjects used sledgehammers to break display cases, which some mistook for gunshots.

Parker was arrested during a traffic stop. McKenzie was arrested on 8/28/19. Robles Jr. is still at large. If you have any information regarding his whereabouts, please call the Jewelers’ Security Alliance at 212-687-0328.
