On 9/12/19, at approximately 12:41 p.m., a subject entered a jewelry store and said he wanted to look at chains. He told the sales associate he only had a $1500 budget. He then asked to see the chain in question. The sales associate told him it was out of his price range, however, the subject was still shown the chain. When the subject got the chain in his hand, he fled from the store with the chain.

The subject was described as an Asian male in his mid-20’s. He is 5’6” tall and weighs 130 lbs. He has a thin build and long black hair. He was last seen wearing black sunglasses with an orange tint to the lenses. He also wore a black collard button-down shirt and dark jeans.
