On 10/6/19, at approximately 1:50 p.m., a subject entered a jewelry store and inquired about purchasing an engagement ring. During the presentation, the sales associate discussed credit options with the subject. While the subject viewed the item, he got up and fled from the store with the ring. He was observed getting into an awaiting black car.

The subject was described as a white male in his mid 30’s. He is 5’8″ and weighs 180 lb. He was last seen wearing a printed colored shirt with a black vest and black pants.
