On 12/3/19, at approximately 6:40 p.m., a male subject entered a jewelry store and met with another male subject. As they were leaving the store, one of the subject’s asked to look at a bracelet. When the associate handed him the bracelet, he fled from the store. The second subject remained in the store. The second subject said he couldn’t wait around because he had warrants. Both subjects are 40-year-old White males. They both have average builds. The first subject was last seen wearing a stocking cap, a brown puffy jacket, blue jeans, and an untucked button-down shirt.
