On 4/9/20, Greenwich Time reported that Lt. Mark Zuccerella of the Greenwich Police Department wrote the following statement in an email: “It was determined that the suspect in the Greenwich jewelry store robbery on March 18th was allegedly involved in the March 28th robbery/homicide in Stamford. The FBI announced today (Thursday) that they will be federally charging three suspects in the Stamford crime, including the suspect in the Greenwich robbery.”

Greenwich police worked with police in Yonkers, NY, New Rochelle, NY, Stamford, CT and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The unnamed suspect from the Greenwich robbery was taken into custody with the assistance of an FBI tactical-response unit and the Greenwich police. Click here to learn more.
