On 4/7/21, a male subject returned to a jewelry store one day after he had previously viewed engagement rings at the same store. On this occasion, the subject asked to see the same rings. He introduced himself as Rob. The sales associate gave the subject the ring, and then the subject fled from the store. He was in the store for less than 90 seconds. The subject is Black and 6 feet tall. He has a receding hairline and a slim build. He is believed to be in his late 20’s to early 30’s.
