On 4/10/21, at approximately 2:55 p.m., a subject entered a jewelry store under the guise of shopping for his girlfriend. He gave the name Jason. While he was in the store, he was on his cell phone while he looked at several cases. He was in the store for about two hours. He purchased a necklace. The subject remained in the store after the purchase and was observed by a display case containing right hand rings. He then left the store. The theft of 28 rings was discovered shortly after. The subject is Black and has a medium complexion with a medium build. He is approximately 5’9” and in his mid-twenties.
