GRAB & RUN – SHELBY, NC

A male subject entered a jewelry store, looked around, and asked questions for about 20 minutes before he asked to see a bracelet. He said that he was getting a graduation gift for his son that was graduating college. The team member pulled the bracelet out, and the subject grabbed it from her hand and fled from the mall. The subject was described as light-skinned and Black. He has short hair and is 5’7″. He is believed to be in his late 30’s and he was last seen wearing orange shorts under sweat pants, a dark color grey t-shirt, sagging pants, and dark sunglasses.
