On 7/22/21, at approximately 7:40 p.m., a subject approached a kiosk and asked to see a chain. After being displeased with the first chain, he asked to see another chain. As soon as both chains were out and in the possession of the sales associate, the subject snatched them out of the associate’s hand and ran out of the mall. The subject was described as an 18-year-old Black male. He is 5’10”, and approximately 137 pounds. He was last seen wearing blue sweats, a black hoodie, a beanie, slides, and white socks.
