ARMED ROBBERY – GASTONIA, NC

On 10/14/22, at 1:00 p.m., a male subject was in a retail jewelry store and he was looking at rings. There were other customers in the store at the time, and he waited until they had all left the store. When there were only employees left, he pulled out his firearm and told the employees to empty the cash register. There wasn’t as much money as he thought there should be, so he went to the other register and stole the funds from that location. The subject was described as Black, 30-years-old, and he wore a black hat backward, sunglasses, a dark mask pulled up to his sunglasses and jeans.
