ARREST MADE IN POSSIBLE HATE CRIME AGAINST ASIAN JEWELER – WASHINGTON, D.C.

On 6/3/2021, one month after a violent attack against an Asian jeweler in Washington, D.C., 30-year-old Samuel Delwyn Thomas from Cockeysville, MD was arrested. On 5/4/21, Thomas allegedly punched Chong Hu Lu in the face after Lu told him customers could not open items in the store. Click here to view a news clip regarding this robbery.
