On 1/20/22, at approximately 1:26 p.m., a male subject entered a jewelry store under the pretense of shopping for earrings for his wife. The subject requested to see the largest carat size without screw backs. The sales associate presented a set of square ½ carat earrings to the subject during the presentation. The subject then handed back a round CZ earring along with a square ½ carat earring back to the team member. As the team member attempted to get the correct ½ carat square earring back, the subject exited the site stating that he was going to check out other jewelry locations. The subject was described as Black, 5’9â€, and 160 lbs with a slim build. He is in his mid to late ’60s. He was last seen wearing a full gray suit with a multi-colored button-up shirt, a dark-colored “newsboy†hat, and a Dior face mask.
