DIAMOND SWITCH – EL CAJON, CA

On 1/11/21, at approximately 1:55 p.m., a subject entered a store and asked to see a pair of earrings. He knew exactly which ones he wanted to see. The sales associate assisted him and showed him a pair of diamond solitaire earrings. The subject looked at them and gave them back. When the sales associate conducted a diamond test, she discovered that only one of the earrings was a diamond. The subject fled from the store with one of the real diamond earrings.
