DISTRACTION THEFT – COLUMBUS, OH

On 11/15/16, at approximately 4:18 p.m., two suspects inquired about diamond stud earrings. The suspects were brought to a side by side showcase. The sales associate stood in the middle while the suspects stood on the opposite sides. The sales associate removed a pair of earrings to show one of the suspects. As this occurred, the second suspect reached in and concealed a pair of earrings. Both suspects then left the store after stealing the merchandise. Both suspects are African American males in their 40’s and weigh 250 pounds. One suspect is 6’0” tall and the other is 6’3.” One suspect wore black pants and a blue jacket. The second suspect wore blue jeans and a red pull over with a grey Kangol hat.
