On 9/8/18, at approximately 1:30 p.m., three subjects entered a jewelry store together and then separated. The subjects displayed large amounts of cash in their hands and on the counter as they were looking at merchandise. The male subject decided to purchase a watch and gave the sales associate $4,000 in cash for the purchase.  At that point, the subject examined the watch, its box, and paperwork. As the associate began counting the cash, the subject asked for the cash back because he said he needed to get more money from his car. The three subjects then exited the store. The box the male subject examined was later found to be empty. As the male stole the watch. The female subject concealed a bracelet in a similar manner at a different counter.
