DISTRACTION THEFT – NORTH OLMSTEAD, OH

On 10/16/16, at approximately 4:00 p.m., a male and a female suspect entered the store with two children. The male suspect wanted to purchase gold chains. He said he had a budget of $15,000. The sales associate presented numerous bracelets and gold chains. The male decided on a chain and paid in cash. It was for under $400. The suspect then said he would be back later and buy $7,000 in gold chains. The suspect never returned. After inventory counts were performed, chains were found to be missing. The male suspect was described as Middle Eastern. He is 5’10 and has a thin build. He has a dark complexion and no facial hair.
