On 5/15/16, at approximately 1:00 p.m., two suspects approached the kiosk and requested to see gold chains. The female suspect became frustrated and confused the sales associate with multiple requests. During the presentation, the sales associate lost track of the items she was showing the suspects. After they had left, it was determined that one chain was unaccounted for. The first suspect is described as a female in her mid-thirties. The second suspect was a male in his mid-thirties. Both suspects are of Indian descent. The couple also had three small children with them. If you have any information regarding the identity of these individuals, please contact the San Jose Police Department at 408-277-8900.
