On 4/9/18, at approximately 2:28 p.m., a subject stated he was looking for an engagement ring and introduced himself as Shawn. He stated he was looking for a ring around $2,000 and he also stated he would pay in cash. The sales associate then presented the subject with a ring by placing it on her finger. The subject reached out, removed the ring and then fled from the store. He was observed entering a blue or green Mazda or Ford vehicle. He was described as a Black male with a medium complexion. He is 5’11” and has a slim build. He weighs 160 pounds and has a beard and mustache. He was last seen wearing a black beanie, a black jacket with an 8 ball on the back.
