On 8/1/22, at approximately 2:40 p.m., a male subject entered a jewelry store and asked to look at high-end watches and chains. He eventually made it over to men’s rings. The subject was in the store for about 15 minutes and tried to get the store manager to show more than one ring at a time. Only one item was shown to the subject. When the subject was in possession of the ring he wanted, he fled from the location. The subject was described as Black, 5’4″, 130 lbs, and 27-years-old. He was last seen wearing a tan hat, a Paisley button-down long sleeve shirt, ripped jeans, and tan shoes.
