GRAB AND RUN – AUSTIN, TX

When the subject was in possession of the ring he wanted, he fled from the location. The subject was described as Black, 5’4″, 130 lbs, and 27-years-old. He was last seen wearing a tan hat, a Paisley button-down long sleeve shirt, ripped jeans, and tan shoes.
