GRAB AND RUN – COLORADO SPRINGS, CO

On 4/22/17, at approximately 3:20 p.m., the suspect stated he wanted something nice for him and his wife. He claimed to have just signed a record deal. The sales associate presented the suspect with men’s rings. The suspect placed the ring on his hand. Another sales associate that the suspect greeted presented a woman’s anniversary band, which the suspect also placed on his right hand. As he was in the store, the suspect spoke on his phone. As soon as he was close to the front of the store, he ran out and entered a white 4 door truck. The suspect was described as a Hispanic male. He is in his late 20’s and is 5’5″ tall. He weighs approximately 250 pounds and has visible tattoos on his neck, arms, hands and face. He has the word “WEST” tattooed on his right knuckles. He also has a paw print under his right eye and a dollar sign tattoo under his left earlobe. He has quarter-sized circles in each ear.
