GRAB AND RUN – GARDEN CITY, NY

On 7/20/2022, around 11:15 a.m., a lone male subject approached a jewelry kiosk and stated he was interested in purchasing a diamond pendant and chain.  The subject requested to look at a pendant that was attached to a chain.  The team member opened the showcase to retrieve the pendant.  Once the case was opened, the subject reached into the showcase and removed the display tray containing the merchandise described above.  The team member witnessed the subject remove the merchandise from the showcase and run from the kiosk.  The subject was described as Black. He is 35 to 40 years old. He has a medium build, is 5’10”, and has short braided hair.
