GRAB AND RUN – JANESVILLE, WI

On 6/24/18, at approximately 2:28 p.m., a subject entered a retail jewelry store and introduced himself as Devon. He stated that he was looking for a ring for his lady. After the sales associate removed the ring from the showcase and presented it in her hand, the subject grabbed it from her hand and fled from the store. The subject was described as a 33-year-old Black male. He is 5’10” and has a muscular build. He weighs approximately 180 pounds.
