GRAB AND RUN – LANCASTER, PA

On 2/25/20, at approximately 11:30 a.m., a subject approached a kiosk in a mall. He asked the sales associate to try on gold chains. The subject stated he wanted to layer the chains. As soon as the subject gained possession of the chains, he fled from the store. The subject was described as a 5-foot Hispanic male. He was last seen wearing all black with two nose rings.
