GRAB AND RUN – LAREDO, TX

On 7/6/19, at approximately 5:50 p.m., a subject visited a jewelry store to discuss his broken bracelet. The sales associate offered suggestions on how it could be repaired. During the conversation, the subject asked to view a new bracelet. Sales associates then presented the bracelet. After presenting the bracelet, another guest inquired about ear-piercing. When the sales associate turned back around, the subject fled. The subject was described as a 6’1” Hispanic male. He weighs 200 lb and in his early 20’s.
