GRAB AND RUN – LITTLE ROCK, AR

On 3/13/19, at approximately 8:00 p.m., a subject entered a jewelry store and inquired about an engagement ring. He stated this was his first engagement and he didn’t know where to start. He eventually selected a ring he liked which was 4-carats. The subject asked to see the item and the sales associate was doing the presentation on their finger. Once the subject had possession of the item, he said “bye-bye” and took off running. The subject was in the store for less than 10 minutes. He was described as a short Black male with facial hair. He was last seen wearing black pants with a red and grey sweatshirt with a hood over his head.
