GRAB AND RUN – PHOENIX, AZ

On 3/15/19, at approximately 3:40 p.m., a subject approached a kiosk and asked to see a gold chain. The sales associate opened the case and pulled the bottom board close to her body in order to retrieve the chain. The subject attempted to grab the entire board of chains which caused the sales associate to drop the board. The subject then grabbed one chain that was in the sales associate’s hand. The subject was described as a Black male in his 20’s. He is 5’5” and has a thin build. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black shirt, and a white hat.
