On 4/1/19, at approximately 1:50 p.m., a subject entered a jewelry store and asked to see a high-end watch. He asked the sales associate if she knew where he could find other high-end watches. The sales associate told him he could find those items in a different mall. The subject tried on the store’s watch and then asked if he could compare it to another watch from the same brand. Once both watches were in the subject’s hands, he fled from the store. The subject was described as a Black male in his early 20’s. He has a thin build and weighs 135 pounds. He is 5’5” and was last seen wearing a black winter hat with lettering. He also wore a red t-shirt and black shorts.
