On 12/14/18, at approximately 1:00 p.m., a male subject approached a kiosk and requested to look at gold chains. The subject had visited the kiosk several times. He requested to see the 30” rope chain. The sales associate felt uncomfortable with the subject and would not allow him to try it on. The subject became agitated and yelled at the sales associate. The subject stated “Why won’t you just let me try it on? You think I’ll run? Just give me the damn chains!” At that point, the subject grabbed the chain and fled from the store. The subject was described as a Black male in his mid 20’s. He is 5’7” and was last seen wearing a patriot’s hoodie and dark colored pants.
