GRAB AND RUN – ROSEVILLE, MN

On 2/23/19, at approximately 8:45 p.m., a subject entered a jewelry store and looked at multiple pieces of jewelry for several minutes. The subject made multiple phone calls while looking at the earrings in question. He wanted to get “input” on the earrings. When the subject was shown the earrings, he grabbed them and fled from the store. The subject was described as a Somali male in his late teens to early twenties. He has a scar on his right finger.
