GRAB AND RUN – STAMFORD, CT

On 1/18/2022, at 10:51 a.m., a lone male subject entered a retail jewelry store. After being greeted, the subject stated he was interested in purchasing an engagement ring for his girlfriend. The subject requested to look at a ring. The team member presented the ring to the subject. While the subject was holding the ring, payment options were discussed. The team member asked if he had a driver’s license. At this point, the subject put the ring on his pinky and continually looked at the price tag. The subject then ran from the store with the ring. The subject was described as White, with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a red jacket, blue coat, grey hoody, and grey pants.
