GRAB AND RUN – SYRACUSE, NY

On 8/2/17, at approximately 9:00 p.m., a suspect was shown a diamond cross pendant. She grabbed the pendant and fled from the mall. She was described as a 30-year-old Black male. She is 6’0” tall and weighs 240 lbs. She also has a short haircut and a black t-shirt.
