GRAB AND RUN – WATERBURY, NY

On 1/13/23, at approximately 5:54 p.m., a lone male subject approached a retail jewelry store’s gold chain showcase and requested to look at a necklace.  The team member removed the chain from the showcase and attempted to place it on the display pad.  At that point, the subject grabbed the chain from the team member’s hand and ran from the store. The following description of the subject was provided: Hispanic, male, 5’6”, thin build, 30 to 45-years-old., wearing a cap, black and red hoody sweatshirt, jeans, and a blue facemask.
