GRAB AND RUN – WILMINGTON, DE

On 10/7/17, at approximately 8:45 p.m., a suspect inquired about engagement rings. He chose two rings to compare side by side. He then fled from the store with the two rings. HE was described as a 30-year-old Black male. He is 6’4” and 180 pounds. He was last seen wearing a dark navy suit, polo hat and patchy facial hair.
